The Livingston Parish Public Schools Vendor Self-Service (VSS) program allows you, as a vendor, to manage your own account information, browse purchase orders, invoices, and 1099 data.

Existing Vendors will need their Livingston Parish Public Schools Vendor ID (provided in the letter you received) and their Federal ID # (SSN if you do not have a Federal ID #) to register. If your Federal ID #/SSN does not match when entered or you have questions regarding Vendor Self Service please email: denee.aydell@lpsb.org.

Note: All information must be in ALL CAPS (ex: LIVINGSTON PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOLS). Enter phone and fax numbers with dashes (225-686-7044).

VSS registration instructions and required forms can be found in the Resources drop down selection located in the upper right hand corner of this page. Please attach a current W9 after your registration is complete.

Vendors are responsible for updating their company information, including contact and remittance addresses through the Livingston Parish Public Schools Vendor Self Service.
